To enable us to successfully and efficiently execute the Recruitment Drive in India, we request the overseas employer to kindly furnish the following documents:

Demand Letter for the number of personnel required mentioning, quantity, Salary, duration of contract, other benefits, terms & conditions etc. Power of Attorney from the “Employer” in the name of Soniya International, authorizing us to advertise recruits and deploy the required personnel on their behalf.

Employment Contract between the employer and the employee.

A copy of the company’s Commercial License.

The above documents are required to be duly attested by the Chamber of Commerce, Ministry of Foreign Affairs (in the employer’s respective country) and thereafter by the Indian Embassy in that particular country.
